At 21:47 Rural Connect confirmed at all fiber service has been restored. Closing this incident.

As of 19:54 Rural Connect informed us that they are rebooting users fiber devices to kickstart the routers back online. All users will be back online soon.

We are going to leave this alert open as a notify for the next few hours.

At 6:20 pm Rural Connect started to restore services.

Most clients will be restored in the next hour.

At 5:25 pm we received information from Rural Connect that they are still investigating the outage.

Next update 6:30 pm or sooner.

Rural Connect has informed us that the issue is with the primary fiber in Calgary.

Next update: 5:30pm

Some Circuits are coming online slowly.

Once we hear from Rural Connect that all issues are resolved, We will update this ticket.
